Rates based on base rental including up to 12 guests and choice of any 3 cabins of the 7 available.  Additional guests, beyond the first 12, are quoted based on guest count in the reservation request at $50/nt each.  Additional cabins and recreational equipment available for an additional charge.  Minimum booking age: 30 years old.  No keg parties, 'Youth Groups', or unregistered day guests.  Small weddings are treated like any other rental, subject to a 45 max guest limit, contact owner prior to booking for this exception.
